Important information about how Content Cleaning Minnesota works.

Content Cleaning Minnesota is a lead-intake and service-request platform for contents cleaning and personal property restoration services. Information submitted through this website may be reviewed and routed to an available provider based on location, project requirements, scheduling, and service availability.

Submitting a request does not guarantee that a provider will accept the project, arrive within a specific timeframe, or provide any particular service or result. No contractor-client relationship is created until a service provider separately accepts the project and confirms the scope and terms of service.

Consumers and property owners should independently verify the licensing, insurance, certifications, experience, and qualifications of any contractor or service provider before authorizing work. Estimates, repair recommendations, and service agreements are made by the responding provider and are not guaranteed by this website.

Information on this website is provided for general informational and lead-intake purposes and should not be considered legal, insurance, engineering, environmental, or professional advice. Insurance coverage decisions are made by your carrier, not by this website or by any responding provider.

What this site is

We do not promise everything is savable

Some things are not. Heat-warped plastics, charred upholstery foam, and paper that has gone to pulp are losses. Saying so early is more useful than discovering it later.

Restorability is a category judgement

Items get sorted by material and exposure, not sentiment. A provider can explain why a given category is or is not worth treating.

Documentation matters as much as cleaning

For an insurance claim, an itemised record of what was affected and what was done with it is often the difference between a settled claim and a disputed one.

We are an intake platform

Content Cleaning Minnesota routes requests to a local provider who performs any accepted work. We do not perform the work ourselves.

What we are not

We do not clean anything ourselves, and we do not publish claims about certifications, crew size, or completed projects that we cannot substantiate. A contractor-client relationship begins only when a provider separately accepts the work and confirms scope and terms. Verify the licensing, insurance, and qualifications of any provider before authorising work on your belongings.

For immediate threats to health or safety — active fire, gas odour, structural collapse risk, or live electricity in standing water — contact emergency services or the appropriate utility or local authority before contacting us.

Not sure whether something can be saved?

Tell us what happened and roughly what kinds of belongings are involved. A coordinator can review the request and route it to a provider who handles contents.
